Real Estate News Exchange (RENX) | The Real Estate News Exchange is an online service that provides news, information and commentary about the Canadian built environment. In spring of 2011, RENX was preparing to launch a new publication called Property Biz Canada. This publication would provide news and information about the Canadian commercial real estate industry. RENX called on Smith to develop a visual identifier for the online publication. Today, this logo is used in company marketing material, and online – modified to its simplest form for use as an icon to punctuate news stories.
