International Trade Brochures

Industry Canada | A suite of brochures promoting Canada’s top ranking in the 2004 KPMG Business Study for world business costs. A total of 12 industry sector-specific brochures were created, with supporting data from the KPMG study detailing Canada’s advantages. The note on the front cover of each brochure reads ”The Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU) predicts that Canada will be the best country in the world to do business between 2004-2008. Why? The EIU cites Canada’s openness to foreign trade and capital, high quality infrastructure and great market opportunities within the North American marketplace.” Smith developed a template that all brochures shared, and tailored the visuals to support the sector and success stories contained within. Copywriting was done by Dan Turner. Smith handled all design, client proofs, and print management. These brochures were produced in English, French and other international languages.
